Multiuser Operating Systems (Citrix, Terminalserver)

Does your software support mulituser operating systems?

Answer:

This belongs to our license.

We have different types of licenses, a range of license server licenses from single user and dedicated user over floating to site/company/enterprise.

Single user licenses (1S) do not support multiuser operating systems with more than 2 user sessions. Please notice our eCATALOGsolutions software is only avaiable as "1S" license.

So if you limit your Terminalserver or Citrix Host to one usersession, it will work. Otherwise the license will be locked until the number of user sessions is equal or smaller than 2.

The other licenses are working with our licensemanagement server and there are customers using them with terminal servers and citrix.
